Twelve sandwiches a day. We close when the bread runs out.

Counter shop on SE Foster. Bread out of the oven by ten, board up by eleven. We change two sandwiches every Wednesday.

The bread

Three loaves. One starter. Started Sunday.

A country sourdough, a multigrain with toasted seeds, and a soft milk bun. We bake roughly what we'll need that day. The number chalked on the door is how many sandwiches we have left.

We sell half-loaves to take home from the bake counter, while they last.

Counter on SE Foster between 51st and 52nd. Twenty seats inside, a few stools at the window, a small patio out back when the weather behaves.

Anders runs the bake. Maren runs the line. They opened the Foster shop in 2024 after two years of selling out of a shared bakery on Hawthorne. They live around the corner.

Walk in, order at the counter, find a seat. Pickup orders go in 30 minutes before we open. We don't deliver retail.
